Crema de melón con jamón
Esta receta la subí al blog este verano, pero cuando se pusieron en contacto conmigo desde Jamoteca para que participara en el concurso de recetas con jamón pensé en participar con esta receta ya que es super fácil y rápida de hacer, pero tiene truco: Los ingredientes! Si no usamos ingredientes de primera se puede quedar en un simple plato fresco. Usando un buen melón y el mejor jamón, como el jamón Joselito, conseguimos una mezcla increíble de sabores que convierte este plato en uno de nuestros favoritos!.
INGREDIENTES para 4 personas:
– 1 Melón grandecito (Ni muy verde ni muy maduro)
– 80 Gr. de crema de leche (o crema ligera)
– Sal
– Pimienta (mejor blanca)
– 100 Gr. de Jamón de bellota bastante curado
REALIZACIÓN:
Abrir el melón, sacar la piel y las pepitas y cortarlo en trozos
Ponerlo en un recipiente y triturarlo bien hasta que quede totalmente deshecho.
Añadir un poco de sal, pimienta y la crema de leche. Batir unos segundos, lo justo para que se mezcle la crema (Veréis que cambia de color, se blanquea)
Poner en la nevera hasta la hora de comerlo. Ha de estar bien fresquito.
Cuando lo vayáis a comer servir en boles individuales y poner por encima trocitos de jamón de bellota cortados pequeños.
