Rape con patatas y “All i Oli”
Esta es una de esas recetas que son más que simples pero están buenísimas.
También es una de esos platos que he comido en un restaurante, me ha gustado y me he imaginado como está hecho, o por lo menos he hecho mi versión. Y en casa les gusta muchísimo, así que espero que a vosotros también.
INGREDIENTES para 4 personas:
– 4 Colitas de rape
– 6 Patatas grandes
– 1 Cebolla
– 1 Hoja de laurel
– Sal
– All i Oli
REALIZACIÓN:
Al comprar el rape pedir al pescatero/a que os separe los lomos de rape de la espina
En una olla o cazuela poner a hervir las espinas de rape, la cebolla y el laurel con el agua suficiente para que luego las patatas queden cubiertas.
Dejar hervir unos 10 min.
Pasado este tiempo retirar las espinas y poner a cocer las patatas cortadas (Tronchadas) a trozos medianos. Poner sal.
Cuando las patatas empiezan a estar blandas (Unos 20 min.) poner los lomos de rape cortados en dos trozos cada uno.
Tapar la olla o cazuela y dejar cocer unos 8/9 min.
Servir en un plato hondo con bastante caldo de la cocción y con all i oli por encima.
Si queréis disfrutar de verdad chafar bien las patatas y mezclar con el all i oli …….
