Empanadillas de atún
Siempre procuro hacer la comida con los menos productos posibles de lata, me gustan los productos naturales. Pero estas empanadillas son la excepción que confirman la regla…Todos los productos utilizados, menos el huevo, son de lata o precocinados. Y la verdad es que salen buenisimas y son muy fáciles de hacer. Ideales para cena de picoteo. Mejor comerlas recién hechas que es cuando están crujientes, al enfriarse se quedan blanditas (a mi me gustan igual!)
INGREDIENTES para 16 empanadillas:
Paquetes de 16 obleas La Cocinera (u otra marca)
– 1 Lata de atún en aceite de oliva
– 1 Lata pequeña de tomate frito
– 1 Lata pequeña de aceitunas rellenas
– 1 Lata pequeña de pimiento morrón
– 1 Huevo duro
– Aceite para freír
REALIZACIÓN:
Dejar fuera de la nevera las obleas al menos 1/2 hora antes de hacerlas
Cortar todos los ingredientes en trocitos pequeños y mezclar
Extender las obleas en el mármol y poner en cada una un poco de relleno (más o menos una cucharada de postre llena)
Doblar por la mitad y enganchar los bordes presionando con un tenedor
Freír en abundante aceite, no demasiado caliente ya que si está muy caliente se queman enseguida
Dejar un momento sobre papel de cocina para que adsorba el aceite.
